CRAIG SUNDELL OBITUARY

Craig Guy Sundell "Gone Golfing"  Craig, beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away February 10, 2004 after a courageous and valiant struggle with cancer. He was born June 4, 1955 in Murray, Utah to Joy Rose and John Clifford Sundell Sr. Known as "The Candyman," he worked for Associated Foods for almost 30 years. He married the love of his life Debbie Liedtke June 26, 1993. Craig enjoyed playing softball and was an avid golfer. He loved being in the outdoors, camping, fishing and hunting, and was a true cowboy at heart. He especially cherished the time he had with his children and grandchildren. He had an admirable work ethic and a passion for life. He leaves behind his wife; children from previous marriages Mindy (Richard) Stuart and her mother Chellene; Jenny (Mike) Sanders, Derek Sundell and their mother Christi Clark; grandchildren Makitah, Bryce, Skylar, Rachal, Ellie and one on the way; brother John (Kathy); and sister Cheryl (Rob) Hurst. He is preceded in death by his parents.  A Funeral Service will be held Monday, February 16th at 11:00 a.m. at Redwood Memorial Mortuary Chapel, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, where friends may call on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service. Interment to follow at Redwood Memorial Cemetery. A special thanks to the "Tuesday Group" and Harmony Hospice for their love and support.
